CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for no shows or cancellations within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE I offer complimentary nail fixes within 3 days of your service. If any issues arise during this period, please contact LuxeStudiobyhay and I will gladly make the necessary adjustments at no charge. After 3 days, a fee will apply for all repairs.
